Nikoli had dismissed the class as soon as the assignment had been given, to be due by the end of the week. He answered a few questions that had been presented to him before leaving the classroom and making his way to his room. Luckily enough for Aedan, he wasn’t there, and so would not receive his wrath at that time. He changed quickly from his teaching clothing to his everyday clothes, not worried for a spot of paint getting on them, as he headed back out the door and out of the school. His steps were brisk as he made his way down the path to Lua’s house. He hummed to himself as he rounded the last bank and caught sight of the house looming closer.
He stepped up onto the porch and knocked on the door. Just because he had a key, didn’t mean he would always use it. “Hello, Senhora. So, where are the colors that you were planning on deciding between?” he asked, stepping off to the side and rolling up his sleeves, ready to begin the process.
